Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Return Process
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.

Refunds
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products. If you receive a faulty item, notify us immediately with proof, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition cannot be returned or refunded.
